Wisteria Lodge HR is owned and run by me, Diane Moore. I’m based in the beautiful village of Horning, on the Norfolk Broads, but spend most of my time out and about with clients in their businesses.

On the Professional front, I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and also hold a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, together with a post graduate Diploma in Training Management.
I set up Wisteria Lodge HR to specifically work with small businesses and help them to navigate the complexities of employment issues. This leaves you as the Director to focus on developing your business. My advice can be followed up with coming on site and dealing with the issue on your behalf.
I will understand the HR issue you have, give you options on a way forward and then work with you and your employees through to successful resolution.
