I have always been passionate about learning and creating opportunities that allow individuals to develop to reach their potential. Inevitably I suppose, the older I get, the more I think about “legacy”, and how to ensure future generations get the opportunity to be the best that they can be.
Possibly then, it has been synchronicity at play, when recently, quite out of the blue, through a colleague I used to work with, I was invited to work as a Panel Member with the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education. I am part of a Group advising on the design and build of the new T Level Qualification for Human Resources.
